Azercell 是阿塞拜疆最大移动运营商 Azercell Telekom MMC 推出的官方自助服务应用，供预付费和后付费用户在手机上打理自己的号码。用户以手机号加短信验证码登录，再输入 passcode，首页即显示以阿塞拜疆马纳特计价的核心、流量、语音与短信分桶以及当前套餐。后付费用户可查看未缴发票金额、出账日与截止日期并在应用内缴费；预付费用户可申请 SimKredit 话费贷款、兑换充值卡并按来源翻看充值流水。同一客户端还管理家庭子号码、漫游 / VoLTE / 数据开关，以及带标价与周期的流量包目录。它服务于阿塞拜疆全国的移动用户，在当地与 Bakcell 和 Nar Mobile 同台竞争。

每条带 994 字冠的 Azercell 号码都对应一份以阿塞拜疆马纳特计价的订户台账。passcode 登录后会话携带 accessToken 与 refreshToken，以及持有人的 firstName、lastName 和 role；资料页再补上 msisdn、preferredName、email 与 photoUrl，个人数据记录则含 birthdate、documentPin 和 documentNumber。资金一侧把预付费分桶——core、data、voice 与 sms，每桶带 currentAmount、unitType 和 expirationDate——与后付费的 openInvoiceAmount / advanceAmount 以及 SimKredit 的 totalDebtAmount（逐笔 creditBody、creditFee、remainingCurrentAmount）分开。

充值流水分页给出 paymentDate、paymentAmount、transactionId 与 paymentSource；未缴发票列出 invoiceId、openAmount、billingDate 与 dueDate；叠加包目录返回 productOfferingId、displayPrice 与 recurrenceType；家庭线路暴露子号 number 与 name；线路状态则包含 roamingStatus、dataStatus 与 voLTE。

财务对账任务据此核对马纳特分桶与发票截止日期，信贷台席盯住 SimKredit 欠款，家庭工具固定子号码，门店员工在实时线路旁报价叠加包——openData Studio 把这份订户台账变成可调用的开放数据。

Azercell 如何对订阅者 API 调用进行认证？

可以。GET /v1/family/children 返回每个子号的 number 与 name。GET /v1/catalog/packs 列出 addons 与 topOffers，含 productOfferingId、displayPrice 与 recurrenceType。GET /v1/account/holder 与 GET /v1/profile/kyc 携带已登录的 msisdn、email 与 documentPin。
