Hathway Broadband 是 Hathway Cable & Data Com Ltd. 的官方自助应用。Hathway 是印度的多系统运营商，在有线电视业务之外提供高速有线与光纤宽带。订户用宽带账号加发到注册手机（RMN）或邮箱的 OTP 登录，首页展示当前套餐名、有效期、未结账单以及立即支付 / 续订入口。应用覆盖 FUP 配额下的流量用量历史、按城市与接入技术筛选的换套餐 / 加套餐目录、账户 GSTIN 核验、用于自动扣账单的 UPI Auto Pay 授权、部分套餐附带的 OTT 增值包（Playbox、YuppTV、Sun NXT）、托管的 Ookla 测速链接，以及故障、账单副本和移机工单。支付走 Paytm、PayU、HDFC SmartGateway / 二维码、Amazon Pay、TechProcess 与 CCAvenue。面向印度 Hathway 宽带家庭——与 JioFiber、Airtel Xstream Fiber、ACT Fibernet 的自助应用并列——并提供催收员使用的现场草稿付款路径。

宽带 account_no 会话与 FUP dataUsage 行是每条已登录 Hathway 线路背后的对象。登录把 CAN 绑定到 customer_id、customer_poid 与 rmn；套餐快照补上 plan_name、plan_speed、plan_end_date 与 technology；用量报告 quota、fup_status 以及 FUP 后的 fup_download_speed。账单侧携带 bill_no、bill_due_date、outstanding_amount 与 payable_amount；自动扣款暴露 upi、bank_mandate_status 与 mandate_max_amount；GSTIN 核验返回 gstin 与 legal_name；工单落成 ticket_id / workorder_id。

家庭账单机器人、MSP 用量看板、催收报价工具以及财务 GST / 授权核对会消费这些字段。openData Studio 把它们变成可调用的开放数据。

宽带缴费与未结提醒
家庭账单机器人在 account_no OTP 会话后读取最近发票与当日应收，在 outstanding_amount 或 bill_due_date 进入窗口时告警，并以 payable_amount 作为建议的立即支付金额。
FUP 配额与限速监控
用量看板每晚拉取 quota、dataUsage、fup_status、fup_download_speed，以便运维在站点从 plan_speed 掉到 FUP 后限速之前发出警告。
催收侧的套餐更换报价
现场工具列出套餐行（plan_poid、plan_speed、plan_amount、is_ott），再请求套餐报价，让催收员在打开 Paytm / HDFC / UPI 结账前报出 payable_amount。
GSTIN 与自动扣款授权核对
财务核验账户上的 gstin、legal_name、gstStatus，并读取授权行（upi、bank_mandate_status、mandate_max_amount），确认哪些账户会自动扣款、哪些发票带有已核验 GSTIN。

常见问题

Hathway Broadband 如何鉴权订户？

自助应用用宽带 account_no 加上发到注册手机（rmn）或邮箱的 OTP，先 POST /v1/isp/otp，再 POST /v1/isp/session 返回 token 与 authorizationkey，后续调用作为 Authorization 携带。套餐、用量与账单数据没有匿名访问。

接口返回哪些账单与用量字段？

最近账单返回 bill_no、bill_due_date、outstanding_amount、paid_amount 以及 last_payment_detail（txn_id、payment_gateway）。用量返回 quota、dataUsage、fup_status 与 FUP 后上下行速率。当日应收计算折扣后的 payable_amount。

应用是否暴露 UPI Auto Pay 与 GSTIN？

是。GET /v1/isp/mandates 列出 upi、bank_mandate_status、mandate_max_amount 与 mandate_frequency。POST /v1/isp/gstin 把 gstin / legal_name 绑定到账户，使发票带上 GST。

结账可以使用哪些支付网关？

网关列表返回 Paytm、PayU、HDFC SmartGateway、Amazon Pay、TechProcess 与 UPI。支付状态在应用内 WebView 之后轮询 payment_status、payment_gateway_transaction_id 与 receipt_no。
